I am unable to synchronize the fonts from adobe fonts to the software

Question

Hi, I've run quite a few fonts in Adobe Fonts, but they haven't synced to my software.
I have an apple mac and read an article here about changing address or something. They state that I need to connect to an area called Network Utility, but I can't find it on my computer, probably because I'm connected via wifi.
I can't connect via network cable.

what can we do ?

Welcome to our Adobe Fonts community forum. We are sorry for your difficulties. To sync your fonts, you have to activate the fonts through fonts.adobe.com. Could you please let us know where you see the note as " need to connect to an area called Network Utility,"? Adobe fonts do not need any such network specifications. Also lets us know how are you trying to activate the fonts. For activation of Adobe fonts please refer below:
