I can't activate fonts

Every time  try to toggle the "Activate all fonts" on it comes up with a red box on the bottom of the screen saying:

"An error occurred while trying to sync all fonts. Some fonts may not be synced. Please try again."

I have looked at this page, it doesn't help

I've signed out. I've restarted my computer. nothing works. I never had this issue with Typekit

Hi Ashley,

Sorry, you ran into trouble as you are unable to activate fonts and facing sync issues. This appears to be a billing issue with a Creative Cloud subscription. I would request you to please get in touch at Contact Customer Care from the email address you use for Creative Cloud (or by DM on Twitter to @AdobeFonts) and the team will take a look at your account information.
