Question

I deleted one of my Web Projects at fonts.adobe.com

Hello,
I deleted one of my "Web Projects" at fonts.adobe.com because I did not realize it was still being used.

I have the ID of the web project I deleted. Is it possible that someone at Adobe could create a new Web Project with the same ID for me?

I do not have access to all the sites that call the - now deleted - project's embed <link>. So I'm up a creek.

Yes, I could create a new web project for Roboto at fonts.adobe.com but, of course, it would have a differnt ID which means the <link> I have on these sites would still remain broken.

Any help is appreciated.

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry for the delay. We can try to fetch the deleted web project for you. Can you please share the ID with us?

Hello Tarun,
Thanks for your reply.
The ID of the Web Project that I deleted from fonts.adobe.com is sxq2kfb.
Deleting that Project caused the following embed link to no longer work.

Really appreciate you looking into this.

,

Please check and let us know if you are able to load this link https://adobe.ly/3Ww0zEG;. Our product team was able to restore the project. It should start working within about 10 minutes. Because it has been deleted, restoring it republishes the project and automatically picks up the current version of all the web fonts (not the version from when it was created)

Regards,

Tarun
