impossible to use the fonts service

Blank cells, not words. Russian language does not work.
HELP! It is impossible to use the service. What can I do to fix the problem?

I see the same thing if I choose "Russian" as language. Then sometimes I get this message pop-up in red:

The message seems to be true. If I go to a font family, I see Cyrillic characters.
