indesign 2020 font sync

Hi Experts,

We have issue in Activating the font through Adobe creative cloud application for indesign 2020 version,We also tried the below steps to activate the font

Steps

--------

Quit InDesign.

Sign out from the Adobe Creative Cloud App.

Restart your machine.

Sign in to the Adobe Creative Cloud App.

And try again to get a list of all activated Adobe Fonts for the current Adobe ID.

Kindly guide me to overcome from the issue
