install font impossible

Hi guys,

I used to instal fonts from adobe fonts on my adobe apps.

After getting them on Creative Cloud I always install them on my computer.

But fot some reason i just can't anymore.

When I run Creative Cloud i get a "Problem to load all your fonts"

And when I try to install on my computer i have the message : " error when added fonts "

you can't install adobe fonts locally.

sure I know how to do it, i used to. But now i get this
