Question

Installed font not appearing in creative cloud, need it there to be able to download it

I am working on a project where I need to use a certain font across Adobe and non-Adobe platforms. A few weeks ago, I installed said font from the Adobe Fonts website and have been using it without issue in Photoshop and Illustrator. Now, I need to download the font (to use in Figma, I have successfully done this with a different Adobe font installed at the same time), but it is not appearing in the Creative Cloud app.

Going back to the Fonts site, it did not show that the font has been installed, so I added it again. At that point, it will appear in the Creative Cloud program, but with an error saying that a font with that name is already installed. I followed the troubleshooting page for that error message--going to Font Book on Mac to deactivate it, but the font is not there. I have made sure that the option to view non-Apple managed fonts is on, and can view my other Adobe fonts there, so I am not sure how to resolve this issue.

Through all of this, I am still able to use the font in Illustrator and Photoshop despite not being able to manage it.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This link isn't working for some reason.

Can you share the logs as an attachement or the link again?
