Is the Fonts site broken?

Am I crazy or is the Fonts front page broken? It seems like the CSS isn't loading correctly and, while it's usable, it's barely legible because the un-styled text and images are smashed all over each other. Is anyone else running into this problem? I've been seeing the site like this for months.

 

All other Adobe sites seem to be working fine. No amount of updating browsers, OSs, drivers on my end fixes this.

 

Running Chrome on Windows 10

      It looks like that for me as well, and it's been like this for a while. It looks fine in Edge, but to have it be that broken in Chrome for that long seems like a major oversight. Adobe, please fix this!
