Issue with some turkish characters in Futura PT as webfont

I need help with this. On a website using the font Futura PT we have issue only with two characters like in the word Değişiklikleri. It's the ğ and the ş.

Seems to be missed charactes in this font, because they are substituted by the fallback font of the website.
Any ideas how to solve this?

No, I got no answer from Adobe Support. And there is no change. You have the same missing characteres?

Hi @marios11720959 @zzzooorrrx,

 

Thanks for your patience. I'd like to inform you that for Futura PT, the "default" language subset doesn’t include characters like ğ and ş. You should change the subset to "All" or select a custom subset that includes Turkish characters. For guidance on changing language subsets, please see Adobe’s instructions here.
