It's showing up in beautiful bold on my desktop but my client sees it plain

Paragraph 3 and 4 are boldfaced. On my computer, they look perfect. On every other computer I can find, the paragrah 3 and 4 are normal weight.

I believe this has something to do with the fonts being installed on my machine. However, I disabled them (through the Creative Cloud app) and I see no difference.

This is vexing. I am vexed. And defeated. What do I do?

Thank you for reaching out. I am able to see the font in bold at my end on windows. Would you mind sharing the name of the font that you used? Are you working on Mac or Windows operating system?
