Licensed fonts won't package

Hi,

I have the font Effra licensed. Out of nowhere Effra Bold was started showing as 'protected' so I couldn't package it for print documents. Now Effra Regular has done the same thing. This is our brand font so need to use it on our documents

Any advice please?

I don't think Adobe fonts are meant to be packaged,
