Lizenzbestimmungen unklar

In der Lizenzinformation bei allen Schriften steht "Die gesamte Adobe Fonts-Bibliothek ist sowohl für die persönliche als auch für die kommerzielle Nutzung freigegeben.".

 

Ich verstehe nicht ganz wie es sein kann, dass alle Schriften, frei nutzbar sind, obwohl auf der Seite der Hersteller dieser Schriften teilweise Lizenzbestimmungen unterliegen. und z.B. nicht für kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet werden dürfen. So z.B. mit der Font: Sinete von NDISCOVER.

    Hi,

    I would like to follow up on that question, since it is also not completely clear to me. So I hired a designer who created a logo for with an adobe font (Ethnocentric Regular). 

    1) Am I now allowed to register my logo written with Ethnocentric Regular as a trademark? 

    2) Can I print my logo now on physical products? E.g.  on a tshirt? 

    Would be great if you can help me to clarify those questions.
