Login problems with Adobe Fonts website

I have projects due right now and I can't even log into the Adobe Fonts website to get the fonts I need. I have no problem being logged into the other websites (adobe Stock, Express, Firefly) but Fonts looks like it's logging me in and then just loops back to the sign in screen. I'm not an idiot... I know everything is input correctly. Support is a basic Ai from about 5 years ago so there's no help there. Very frustrating and will probably start looking into other design software since the long-term problems with Adobe software and especially this font activation is getting to be detrimental to my health.

    Hi @Stab2k,

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Hello, I have this same problem. Adobe Fonts will not lety me log in on SAfari. I have done all the things suggested in the above thread to no avail. I am also not a beginner/idiot -- I have been working with Adobe software for 25 years. I am able to access Adobe Fonts on Chrome, so all is not lost. But it would helpful to my workflow if it worked with Safari. Any other ideas? When I open Adobe Fonts, the “Sign in”  button is  unclickable  on Safari.
