    Hi @It manager,

Thanks for reaching out! It appears that some of the fonts in your project are macOS‑exclusive system fonts (for example, the San Francisco family).

These fonts are tightly licensed by Apple and are not available for installation or use on Windows. They also aren’t included in Adobe Fonts, which is why they can’t be auto‑activated or transferred when opening the file on a Windows device.

Because of this OS‑level restriction, the Windows machine can’t access those fonts.

    Regards,

    Tarun

Any system fonts from Mac OSX will have to be changed to a different typeface if the project is opened on a Windows-based system. It’s possible to download certain Mac system font files from the Apple Developer web site. But the font files likely will not install on a Windows PC.

The Windows and Mac operating systems have some system fonts in common, such as Arial, but the font files are different on both operating systems. It’s a possible a project file with text set in the Mac version of Arial might flow slightly different when the Windows version of Arial is applied. The same thing could happen if the Mac version of Helvetica Neue is used on text blocks and the version of Helvetica Neue from Adobe Fonts is substituted on a Windows PC.

For the most predictable results, I would recommend changing the fonts in the project files to fonts that are available at the Adobe Fonts web site.
