Mange Fonts Option is Missing, I Can Not Find A Way To Upload A Custom Font, Adobe Cloud App 2022

Hello

 

I am trying to upload a custom font in the Adobe Creative Cloud App, version June 2022. The issue is that my manage fonts option is missing and I can not find another way to upload a custom font.

Is it possible that you need a paid Adobe Account to upload custom fonts, in Adobe June 2022?
