Mayor Font sync issue

Hey there!

Font syncing has become an issue for my team.
I'd like to understand if this is something Adobe has acknowledged and if there is a different system we could be using so these work better. Is it s version (currently using 17.2) issue and would upgrading to 2024 make a difference.
It's an issue with more than onemeber of the team and is likely impacting productivity (and general sanity).

We have to manually add the fonts, then restart CC, Indd and most times restar the computer.

Its there any support that Adobe can provide?

    I suggest deleting the Adobe font data cache, signing out of Creative Cloud, rebooting the computer and then signing back into the account.
