Merriweather Vietnamese support

The Google font Merriweather supports Vietnamese but it is not listed as a supported language in Adobe fonts. Is there an update that can be applied? Any character with an accent of any kind is rendered very small. See the attached for an example of how it looks on our site,

Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry for the delay. Merriweather font is listed in Adobe fonts as a supported language in Vietnamese. Please check the screenshot attached below.

Thank you for your response. Where is that screenshot from? I don't see Vietnamese in the language support list for Web on this page on your site, nor in any of our other fonts we're using for our site (Nudista and Neue Haas Unica).

And unless I add the font separately to our site via Google Fonts, Vietnamese support isn't funcitonal. See screenshot.

We're also having an issue with Vietnamese with those other fonts in certain instances (see screenshot)

Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.
