every program on your computer should be able to use every font that's installed on your computer.

We were just given a Notorized document from 2010.  Upon examination of the document we found there were different apostrohes and fonts used in areas we feel it had be altered from the original 2010 ducument.  We scanned it through Acobat Adobe Pro and found it has four different fonts used throughout the document:  Mnion Pro, Times New Roman, Cambria, and Calibri.  I was under the impression that Support of Open Type Features such as Minion Pro was introduced in Word 2012.  Any ideas as to how this font is showing up on a so called 2010 original?
