Missing pattens

Hiya all

 

I am missing basic patten like arrows on my PS anyone know how I get then?

They're not gone, but rather hidden and called "Legacy".

 

Go to Window > Shapes, then click at the top right of the panel that opens. In the dropdown menu, choose Legacy Shapes and More. This can be done for Patterns and Gradiens aswell.
