Missing Typekit fonts on all programs

Hello, has anyone else found certain fonts missing from there collections?

 

I've been using House Industries Fonts for a client for the past couple of years. But now I can't find them anywhere and on the adobe fonts website it tells me that I do not have access to them. I've tried the online chat which was... difficult. I was passed between 3 different operators and nobody could give me an answer as to what's happened or where I can find them.
