Monotype grotesque not syncing to photoshop

Hi all,

I'm trying to get monotype grotesque to sync from adobe fonts to photshop.
I have activated it in Adobe fonts and it appears in my font list on the creative cloud desktop app, 

it doesn't appear in the font list in photoshop or illustrator though.
Ive tried with other fonts and they instantly appear in the photoshop font list.
It seems its a problem with just this one font family.

Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone help?
