Moving adobe fonts between Adobe accounts

Hi everyone,

I am about to switch adobe accounts and I currently have around 2300 fonts which I don't want to loose. Is there a way I could move them to a new account? Usually when you would package a file in InDesign for example you would be able to export an AdobeFonts list with all fonts used so they can get installed automatically. Is there something like that or a way that I can install all those fonts to my computer so when I log in with my new Adobe account they would be saved? Thank you so much in advance!
