my fonts is not loading just keep on loading and never end loading why

my creative cloud doesn't load fonts I purchased and just show loading icons due to this my whole workflow is interrupted..anyone has a solution to it

    Been about half a day nnow, i’ve done all troubleshooting error and its still stuck loading. Froom Clearing Cache, Turning off the service in CC and checking the Windows blocker and font space. So far nothing has worked event a hard reset.

    SAME happening with me, and also if I add any new font, it doesn't show

    first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

     

    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
