Question

My fonts just disappeared and I can't download them again or new ones

Hi guys. I'm facing a very annoying problem because I have a deadline to face and I can't use my fonts in the projects I need because all the fonts I had have disappeared from Adobe Fonts and all other Creative Cloud applications. On the Adobe website the fonts are as if they had been added, there is even a "remove font" button, but none of them appear in the applications, not even the new ones that I try to add. Only the fonts from the Windows system itself are working.

    Hi there,

If the Adobe Fonts you had previously added have disappeared from Adobe Fonts and are not showing up in your Creative Cloud applications, please check this article and try the steps mentioned in it https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-adding-fonts.html

Please note that to maintain your app performance, Creative Cloud periodically cleans up fonts you don’t appear to be using.  When Creative Cloud applications haven’t been updated, fonts that have not been used in over 150 days will be uninstalled from your system. However, the fonts will remain in your active fonts list unless you choose to deactivate them.

For more information, check this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/using/managing-fonts.html#reinstall

    Regards,

    Tarun

Have you tried signing out of your Creative Cloud account and then signing back in? That should help refresh the fonts list. Also make sure there isn't anything such as a VPN blocking the fonts service from working.

Yeah, I've already done that. I've even tried disconnecting Adobe Fonts and reconnecting in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, but it didn't work. I have also restarted the PC

It might be worth trying a different web browser to sign into the Adobe Fonts web site for viewing and adding fonts. Or you could completely clear the history of the browser you're using.

If your Adobe CC applications are working properly (but just without synced Adobe fonts) the problem probably isn't an activation issue. Sometimes people will sign in on more than 2 computers.
