My fonts not showing

hello

all the fonts that i download it from adobe fonts are not showin niether in cc or ps or ai even it show the message that the font is added 

i tried many things, restarting pc, deleting adobe cc and reinstall it 

what is the solution please

    I am having this issue too. Endless loading across all devices, Mac and Windows. I hope Adobe resolves it soon...
