need help to place the font project in my website's HTML

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to place the code i receive after creating my font project for my website (like this one: <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://use.typekit.net/ipw2onp.css">

My website is on Weebly. I can access to the HTML but I really don't see where is the <head> tag. Can somenone guide me to find the place(s) i have to code to have all my website change with that font ?
