Need to recover our production account

we have lost access to our production account.

our credentials from our database dont seem to work anymore.

all i know is our typekit id from our settings

i need to find out to what account this typekit id belongs in order to recover it

adobe support has repeatedly pointed me to this forum, so i hope someone from typekit support can help me.
