None of the type kit fonts are loading

I've restarted, multiple times. The font section of Adobe cloud won't even load.

Hi there,

 

We are sorry to hear you are unable to see the fonts in your Creative Cloud Desktop app. Could you please share the screenshot of your About Creative page? Please try the below steps in sequence.

 

  • Sign out of the Creative Cloud app.
  • Quit Creative Cloud Desktop app and kill all related processes from Activity Monitor. 
  • Restart the system and sign back in.
