Not able to add adobe font on Adobe Portfolio

I'm using Adobe portfolio. I want to add Adobe Font, however, everytime, I select the font, the server asks re-load the webpage. I reload the web so many time and still not able to add adobe font. I'm using Mac and open in Google browser to edit Adobe portfolio website.

Hello Christine,

When you click on the "add fonts" in your text frame, do you get the pop up from adobe fonts?

If that's not the case, you could check if you don't have an ad/pop up blocker installed on Chrome, just in case.
