NY Irvin Font

I am looking for the typeface of The New Yorker magazine section headings. If I do a Google search for this NY Irvin font, it delivers me to my Adobe Fonts page. I can see that there was at one time a NY Irvin Text Regular and NY Irvin Display font (see screen grab attached). However, from there, I don’t seem to be able to access the font.

Does Adobe "decommission" fonts from time to time? Or is there another way to activate the font from my account that I’m not aware of? It appears NY Irvin might be a closer match than the "New Yorker" font for sale on MyFonts, so I’d prefer the older version by Adobe if possible.

Someone from Adobe would have to explain what sort of use-rights arrangement is in place for the NY Irvin typeface. My guess is Adobe could be providing some kind of server-side font distribution services specifically for the use of The New Yorker Magazine (and not for anyone else).

It is common for major magazine publications and various large companies to commission bespoke typefaces for their exclusive use. Even Adobe has an example with its Adobe Clean type family. Sometimes fonts made just for a publication's exclusive use are released commercially years later. Gotham was created initially for GQ Magazine and then later sold commercially.
