October 2019 – Fonts aren't syncing

I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps and to no avail. Frankly, I’m getting quite frustrated since this is causing delayed deadlines. This is not only inconvenient, but it isn’t the first time this has happened. Usually one of the suggestions would work but it’s literally been 2 hours of trying and growing frustration. I’m thinking of just not using the service.

I keep getting this pop up on the screen. Despite using the methods suggested, nothing has worked. I've even uninstalled the entire adobe cc suite and reinstalled it and absolutely nothing will work.
