Question

Only 2 of 14 font styles in the family appear but all are activated in Adobe fonts

I have activated Futura PT 14 fonts but only 2 of them appear, but with a *. Why? I have tried to update, uninstall but with the same result. Pls help!

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you're seeing this issue in all Adobe apps or ina specific Adobe app?

Have you tried any troubleshooting so far?

Hi Tarun,

I think I have found the problem. My library doesn´t synk and the Creative Cloud Desktop says it´s inactivated. I´m in touch w our IT support since two days and they can´t seem to fix it. Do you know if this is a common problem or are we just doing it wrong?
