Pacifico problem

The Pacifico font is installed in MacOS but one collegue doesn't have it in his system. Maybe it's installed together with the iWorks apps, I don't know.

As it turns out this collegue got Pacifico auto installed by the Adobe Cloud and it renders in a much smaller size. And unfortunately this was the person sending the page to the print shop. It's a big headline and he didn't know how big it was supposed to be.

Can someone clarify why this font behaves like this?
