Pls help, I cant activate some fonts because the button for that isnt there

 As you can see from the picture above,  there is no option for me to activate it. However, I already have an account and I was already able to activated other fonts. So why can I activate some fonts but, for others, the button to activate it doesnt show up??

(I just started using this today pls help, I tried searching about this but nothing is coming up)
