Problem with Adobe Fonts on my account

Hello there,

I have a prepaid student subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud but when I want to activate any font of the website it says it is not available. On top of the fonts it says "These fonts are not included in your plan".

One example is Trade Gothic New.

In the past I was able to activate a font like Trade Gothic New but

I think it's because I can not add my current school to my Education Information. Which is strange because classmates are actually able to do so.

I want to know how to activate these fonts because as of now I am restricted of using these in group projects.

I am using Windows 10 with the latest version of CC (if that's essential to this issue)

Contact your school's IT dept for assistance with your student plan.  We don't know what your school's plan includes.
