PROBLEMAS para sincronizar tipografías

Hola, llevo varias semanas en que me es imposible sincronizar y activar las tipografías adobe fonts en mis programas instalados. 

Cuando abro la aplicación de escritorio de Creative Cloud y voy a la pestaña de fuentes activas, no aparece ninguna fuente y se queda cargando todo el tiempo.
