Hi!  I try Adobe Fonts - visual search of font from picture in png  or jpg format.

For testing  I use Arial  height 12 from Word, but Adobe fonts  after proceesing detect some different fonts:

Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro 55 Roman, Nimbus Sans Regular and others.

Why is not Adobe fonts detect real simple font ?

Thanks!

Best regards,

Sinisa

I think the image search feature is only providing the nearest matches to fonts that are available to add via the Adobe Fonts web site.

The Arial type family is not available thru Adobe Fonts (partly since it's already a common system typeface for Windows and OSX). Typefaces such as Neue Haas Grotesk and Nimbus Sans are in the same typographical category as Arial, even though there are some pretty obvious visual differences between the typefaces.
