Processing Failed when trying to upload custom font

I've seen this posted before with no working results from what I'm dealing with. 

To note, I had this same font working fine for a year now in CC with no issues.  It just started when I noticed my font was missing when trying to export and watermark a photo.  I removed the font and tried to readd it.  It now gives me this processing failed message everytime I try and add it.  I've tired rebooting, signing in and out of CC, and even trying it on another computer and it fails everytime.  This is very annoying as it's delaying work I need to finish.
