Puede que sea necesario un permiso Adobe Fonts

Hola, hace poco que adquirí Creative Cloud y todo funciona perfectamente menos Adobe Fonts.

La página de por sí funciona mal, y cuando quiero agregar familias de fuentes por medio de la aplicación de Adobe Creative Cloud me sale un cartel que dice:

"Puede que sea necesario un permiso" y debajo,

"Puede que necesites solicitar permiso de administrador de IT para usar Adobe Fonts"

Si alguien me ayuda se lo agradecería, ya que no lo puedo resolver.

Estoy experimentando el mismo problema y en el foro no hay nada que mencione somo solucionarlo

Is your Creative Cloud account an individual account or it is a Creative Cloud Teams account?

When visiting the the Adobe Fonts web site make sure you are signed into your Creative Cloud account at the web site. Also make sure the Creative Cloud desktop app in your computer is signed into your account. Sometimes sync problems can be solved by signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, rebooting the computer and then signing back into the account again.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
