Roc Grotesk Font not installing whole font family

Question

Hi - I have used the Roc family successfully last week. This week some fonts won't load. I've uninstalled creative cloud. logged out, logged in, removed the family, added it back again, but still no luck. Very frustrated after wasting a lot of my day with this issue...

Any help would be much apperciated

I've had some headaches with certain styles of some type families not showing up, but I suspect one possible culprit for the problem is a font manager included in a rival graphics application. When that rival application is closed I'll see all the fonts installed in my PC or synced from Adobe Fonts. In the case of Roc Grotesk I have the variable version installed, that way I can just dial up the instances I want.
