Schrift "in CC verfügbar"

Guten Morgen Community,

Vorneweg: Wir haben Shared Device Licenses auf Mac und Windows, auf beiden OS das gleiche Problem.

Jemand wollte die Schriftart "FF Meta" aktiviert haben. Auf seinem privaten Account hat er die bereits, wollte sie jetzt aber auf dem Firmencomputer auch. Also CC geöffnet und die Schriftenfamilie rausgesucht. Das funktioniert soweit, nur dass ich die Schrift nicht installieren kann. In CC Schriftenverwaltung wird sie nicht angezeigt, und auf der Weboberfläche steht "in CC verfügbar".

Mache ich etwas falsch?
