Submitting a custom font to Adobe Fonts and using it in Adobe Portfolio

I'm an aspiring typeface designer who has created a custom font that I would like to submit to Adobe Fonts. I'm also interested in using my font in my Adobe Portfolio website. I've searched the Adobe Fonts website and community forums, but I'm still not entirely clear on the process for submitting a font and using it in Adobe Portfolio.
