Substitute for Charlotte Sans font?

I would think with the lack of support for Type 1 fonts, Adobe would have an excellent way to find Adobe fonts similar to exiting Type 1 fonts. Any help finding a font similar to Charlotte Sans would be appreciated.

    Merriweather Sans looks a bit similar to Charlotte Sans. The type family can be dowloaded from Google Fonts; it has 12 static styles and a variable version.
