Sync Fonts without Desktop App

I very much do not like the new Desktop App and hope that it goes back to the older UI.  But with that being said, I have learned that not using an app will help to get Adobe to make changes.

 

My dilemma - I need to be able to sync my fonts but would love to not have to use the Desktop App.  Is this possible or do I have to keep using the overly bloated desktop app?
