Text not using new Adobe font on webpage

I’ve copied the Adobe Fonts HTML to my website’s head:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://use.typekit.net/lvl0nup.css">
(in Divi’s theme options > integrations)

I’ve used CSS:

.et_pb_blurb_6.et_pb_blurb h4 {
  font-family: "railroad-gothic-atf", sans-serif;
  font-weight: 400;
  font-style: normal;
}

but on http://dev.newjunction.com.au/about/ the headings on blue backgrounds are not using Railroad Gothic.

There is no WordPress cache, I’ve tried a hard refresh, but the issue remains.

Help appreciated.
