the font commercial use on medical mask and its packaging

we are going to use the font of Source Han Sans to print on the medical mask we produce to sale for our client as their requirement. Because our client insist to use this kind of font to show their info.

 

So I wonder is it legal and free for using Source Han Sans font on the medical mask and its packaging in this application?
