I am looking to use some Adobe fonts that are a part of my brand guidelines for a client. "These fonts are not included in your plan." is what it says, and says its only available in Express, but it says Express is not part of my plan and that I need to contact my administrator. I am currently still in unversity and use a university Adobe Cloud account. Could that be the reason I do not have access to Express and several font families? If not, what could be the issue?

There are several kinds of educational licenses for Creative Cloud. Some may have the full Adobe Fonts service while others may have a limited version of it. You'll need to check with the school's IT department to see what kind of CC licensing they have.
