You can have Trade gothic next from Adobe fonts)
    https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/trade-gothic-next
Including the LT pro variations (and variations there are!)
If you choose this one, you will be able to use it as a repacement for the New Gothec (type 1)

If you want to licence it directly and be able to download it, you'll have to go to Monotype (or distributed through MyFont)

    https://www.myfonts.com/collections/trade-gothic-next-font-linotype

But you're safe using the one in the subscription system (adobe font) if you're within the licencing rules.

But... note that if you are using the Adobe Fonts subscription service, none of the fonts are type 1. Adobe gave them up 20 years ago. Of course the fonts already on your system could be type 1.

You can't tell from the name. Check in your system. If you don't know how, please tell us Mac or Windows.
