Transfer Web Font from Accounts in same Organization

Hello,

We have 10 seat licenses with Creative Cloud and need to cancel one. Unfortunatley, the one we need to cancel contains a number of web font kits. Can those be transfered to another account seamlessly without disrupting any of our live web projects?
