Trouble installing a font

I'm trying to install Adobe Caslon Pro from the Creative Cloud desktop app, but every time I activate it, it says "Unable to install font." Adobe support couldn't help, so they told me to post here.

    They shouldn't have sent you here.  These communities are absolutely not Adobe Customer Support. Go back to them and insist on talking with a manager if the initial agent can't or doesn't want to assist.
